He is authorized by the Florida Board of Nursing to practice primary care -including family medicine, general pediatrics and general internal medicine-independently and without a physician supervisory protocol.

I’ am Joshua Galloway, a Board Certified Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of frontline medical experience spanning critical care, urgent care, urologic surgical care, and primary care. I currently practice as an urgent care provider, delivering fast, accurate, and compassionate care when patients need answers now—not next week.
My career began as a United States Navy Hospital Corpsman and evolved through years as a paramedic, flight RN, tactical medic, and critical care nurse before advancing into nurse practitioner practice. I’ve treated patients on highways, in aircraft, in operating rooms, and now across urgent and primary care settings—where clinical judgment and efficiency matter most.
It means I don’t panic.
It means I listen.
And it means I don’t miss the important stuff.
Whether you’re facing an urgent illness or injury, managing chronic conditions, navigating urologic
disease, or simply working to stay healthy, you’ll receive evidence-based care grounded in real-world
experience. I also specialize in urologic and oncologic surgical care, serving as a surgical first assist
and managing patients from diagnosis through recovery.
